Last year, TRIMEDX Foundation scaled up our work for a year of transformation, realigning our work in our 20th year of raising the global standard of health care.
This year, the Foundation is digging deep to dedicate ourselves to the work we do best: supporting medical equipment and facility maintenance and repair in underserved communities. We do this by developing sustainable and equitable partnerships through innovation, education, and engagement.
Innovation
TRIMEDX Foundation supports the growth of healthcare services and more efficient biomedical technical & administrative solutions in underserved communities by introducing innovative training programs and remote diagnostic tools. We aim to make our efforts scalable and sustainable.
In 2024, our team began working on a web portal for our local and global partners to access at any time, with the goal of providing direct support in between short-term medical mission trips.
We also acquired an NVRT Oculus and will provide our partners with virtual training and remote diagnostics.
In 2025, TRIMEDX Foundation is launching more opportunities than ever to enable volunteers to share their talents from their workbench and make an impact beyond their hospital system.
Education
The Foundation leverages education as an opportunity to empower our partners and their staff. We are dedicated to equipping our partners with best-practice skills in healthcare technology through targeted training programs.
By fostering two-way communication channels between our partners and our volunteers, we actively engage mission-sites in between travels. Our collaborative approach enhances training relevance and effectiveness while cultivating a deeper understanding of local needs.
We are dedicated this year to investing in tools, programs, and training that continue to improve patient care and lead to more sustainable health systems.
Engagement
TRIMEDX Foundation is committed to fostering deeper relationships with our suppliers, partner foundations, donors, and volunteers to amplify our efforts, extend our impact, and grow commitment to our cause.
We launched our Close the Gap initiative at the 18th annual Mission on the Greens in Sept. 2024 to increase access to functional medical technology and reliable health care in the communities we serve worldwide.
This year, we are committed to building stronger relationships among our partners to secure donated gently used or surplus medical equipment and recruit more volunteers with technical, medical, & logistical expertise. We'll also work with our partners to collaborate and assist in project sponsorship and encourage charitable giving to enhance sustainability, efficacy, & efficiency of health care delivery among our local and global mission-site partners.
