Board Spotlight: Welcome Art Fisher and Matt Keahey

TRIMEDX Foundation is pleased to welcome Art Fisher and Matt Keahey to the TRIMEDX Foundation Board of Directors.

bio-art-fisherArt Fisher serves as General Counsel to TRIMEDX, providing overall legal counsel and direction for the organization, executive management, and the TRIMEDX Board of Directors. He also serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining TRIMEDX, Art served as General Counsel for Determine, a publicly traded software company, where he managed all global legal and human resources affairs. Before Determine, Art was a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels, where he counseled public and private companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Art was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City before attending law school. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law and DePauw University. Art lives in Indianapolis with his wife and four young sons.

Matt Keahey Headshot-2Matt Keahey serves as Chief Operating Officer for Medxcel. In this role, Matthew oversees the implementation, quality and overall operational management of our facilities services for hospitals throughout the U.S. Matt has more than 30 years of experience in facilities management directing large complex facility organizations, negotiating contracts, leading sales teams and developing strong client relationships. His responsibilities include managing Medxcel’s proprietary integrated service delivery model while focusing on customer relations and strategic development. Previously, Matt worked for 11 years at Aramark Corporation as a Regional Director and Vice President of Facilities Services and served as Senior Manager for 10 years at Federal Express. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management and Organizational Behavior and holds a Master’s in Business Administration and Strategic Management from the University of Memphis in Tennessee.

The Foundation is grateful to add new leadership to the Board of Directors in our twentieth year of operation and we look forward to what we can accomplish together as the organization enters another decade of supporting medical equipment and facility maintenance and repair in underserved communities worldwide.
